Patient Record - Policy Number Details

One of the key details required for all insurance groups is the policy number details of the patient. These details should be stored in the 'Policy No' field on the further details tab on the patient's record. If these are missing, the claim may fail when being submitted.

There is an ID icon to the right-hand side of this field. This is used to confirm with Healthcode that the policy number if suitable for the group. Just click on the ID icon if you wish to verify it.
