Appointment Finder

This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software

Within TM2/TM3 there is an option to find the next available appointment which can save time in searching through the diary to locate it manually.

Along the top of the diary, next to the 'Options' button you will see 'Appointment Finder', when you click on this you will see the options below.

Here you will see at the top the next available appointment for all of your practitioners or you have the option to choose specific parameters to search with.

You can filter by Practitioner in the search box that appears at the top of the window, then you can also choose a date range and a specific time.
