TM2-B01128 & TM2-B04355 Communications Form Unable to change formatting in letter window.

Clients experienced issues when editing a letter template; changing the font size or font type randomly resulted in an exception.
This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05256 Print Menu Default page layout when printing.

Previously printing default to portrait, clients reported this now defaults to landscape.
This has now been amended in the software.
TM2 – B05271 TM2 Touch Editing a previous treatment.

Clients were experiencing issues when opening previous treatments to try and edit modalities.
This has now been amended in the software.
TM2 – B05392 Email Options Copying images to email.

Trying to copy an image/logo to an email caused an error in the application.
This has now been amended in the software.
TM2 – B05397 TM2 Options Changing TM2 options and cases.

Adding multiple body sites and osics code to a case, updating and closing the case then adding osics code to first body site resulted in an error.
This has now been amended in the software.
TM2 – B05399 Communications Form When creating an email template in the HTML editor and adding a hyperlink to the body the text does not save the embedded link, the link reverts to "http:\\" This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05403 Communications Form Users reported when creating a new HTML template and choosing practitioner merge fields these were displaying patient merge fields in error. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05408 Communications Form When sending an email from within the patient record the old email editor was appearing on screen regardless of the option selected in advanced settings.

When users attached a docx file to the email and sent the email the file was corrupt when received.
This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05463 Diary Completed appointments displayed the option to set the appointment status to ‘Arrived’ without any warning of the implications to the user.

This option was disabled in previous versions of TM2 to avoid billing patients twice.
This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05464 My Work > Tasks Users reported when creating a task with a reminder the reminder was not appearing until the user had exited or logged out of TM2. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05479 TM2 Touch If a touch assessment had a large amount of possible answers, when an answer was selected and users moved onto the next question the scroll bar did not move back to the left to allow the user to select answers for the next question and will not allow the user to scroll to the left. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05485 TM2 Touch An issue with reported when using OSICS codes in TM2 Touch.

When users created a case with 2 body sites; the diagnosis code from case A appeared on case B when changing tabs. It was not showing the diagnosis code for case B when moving from A to B.
This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05500 Diary Users reported that appointments made in the diary via TM2 Online had the ‘Go to Case’ option greyed out – this occurred randomly. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05518 Classes Users reported that an error occurred when creating a class and linking a room to the class. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05533 Patient Log Users reported when sending an email from a patient invoice this was not recorded in the patient log as per previous versions of TM2. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05534 TM2 Touch Users reported when carrying out a touch assessment; selecting ‘finish’ was resulting in an error. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05535 Throughout TM2 Frequently throughout TM2 and in various areas such as the diary, patient desktop etc. Users were experiencing a system crash when TM2 was left sitting idle. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05536 Diary An error occurred randomly when completing an appointment in the diary using the right-click menu. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05538 Communications form Creating a new HTML template and inserting a hyperlink was resulting in an error. This was related to the users previous ‘copy’ item which TM2 was attempting to insert. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05568 Patient Search Users reported when searching for patients at a specific location the results displayed were showing all locations and not the one location they selected. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05572 My Work/Tasks Users reported an error occurred when TM2 was left sitting idle and the ‘task due’ reminder was displayed. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05575 TM2 Touch Users reported an issue in Touch when linking a case to an appointment from within touch – the linkage did not work and the appointment was not linked to the case. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05610 Practitioner Special Sessions Users reported when deleting special sessions in the practitioner record TM2 would freeze for a lengthily time. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05695 Diary Users reported an error when sending an email from an appointment. (This occurred via the right-click menu). This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05740 Touch Users reported a ‘data reader’ error in TM2 Touch when going through the notes or discharging a case. This has now been amended in the software.
TM2-B05766 Touch Admin Users reported when adding a (intentional) blank question or answer in touch admin assessments that this is not displaying as a blank question or answer in Touch. This has now been amended in the software.
