TM Desktop 2017.02 Hotfix

Red Highlighting on Hover of Appointment

When a patient owes money their appointments will show on the diary with red text to indicate this point. We have now added this red text to the hover over pop up as well.

The Following issues have now been resolved

Classes Unable to add attendee when using the option 'Bill Cancellations/DNA Charges as Appointment Charges'
Case Opening a case will default to the first consultation that was created on this Case
