Importing payments from Healthcode

This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software

Once the insurer has finished processing your invoices, you are able to output a file from HC VEDA on the proviso that the insurer has made the information available (Please note, not all Insurers provide a remittance file and therefore some payment records will need to be manually added as normal against your invoice records. For further details on the Insurers that can provide a remittance file and if this is applicable to your practice, contact Healthcode.)

Finance > Healthcode Wizard > Import a Remittance from Healthcode

Browse to the area on the computer where the output file is saved and click 'Open'

TM2 will work through the output file and present you with the "Healthcode - Invoice Remittance Summary" indicating actions taken on the invoices.
