How does telephone forwarding work?

This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.

The reception service uses basic telephone forwarding to receive any and all incoming calls to your clinic.

When you set your phone to forward calls to the receptionists they will see on screen which clinic is phoning based on the forwarding rule that is setup.
