Add Google Map Location

This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.

Adding the clinics Google Map location via a link can use up a lot of characters in an email and especially within a text message (max 160).

There is a way however to shorten the link which not only will save you space within your reminders, but also look a lot neater.

For Example, if we go to Google and search for an address i.e. our office. We get an extremely long url link which is messy and very long.

However, using another website bitly.com we can shorten this:
