Not receiving back up emails (Local Clients Only)

This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.

This is only for people using "TM2 Locally"
The following setup and options should only be available to the "System User". For a full explanation of the user levels within TM2, please refer to the user level guide located here.
The following steps need to be completed on your main server computer.

- Within Windows Explorer, navigate to
C:\Program Files\BlueZinc\TM2
. - Right click and edit the file
bzEmail.dll.config
within that TM2 directory. - Edit the following line at the bottom of the document and change from
.com
to.co.uk
.
The line:
<value>http://www.tm2online.com/services/Email/bzemailservice.asmx</value>
Need to be changed to:
<value>http://www.tm2online.co.uk/services/Email/bzemailservice.asmx</value>
Now restart your computer.
