Pronto Portal Setup Checklist
Note
This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.
How Pronto Portal works
Pronto Portal allows you to add your Location(s), Practitioner(s) and their corresponding availability (working hours) and then make this information available to various 3rd parties that you choose to.
This means you can have one Diary that is able to receive bookings from a number of sources. You would then sync the Diary from Pronto Portal with your current diary system whether it be digital or paper to ensure no overlap.

How to receive your first booking
This part is really simple, if you've done the above, it should just happen. To maximise the opportunity of a booking you need to add as much availability as possible to Pronto Portal.
