Logging a Support Query

This article relates to both the TM2 and TM3 versions of the desktop software.

There are multiple different ways in which you can get some help from our Support Team.

Or, you can now log a query or issue through 2gether via two separate methods.

The first and most popular method is via our Live Chat tool, you'll see a "Chat Now" box along the bottom right of the 2gether Main Page and following pages.

The second method in 2gether is via the "Log a Query" page, similar to emailing us, this will create a support ticket with the team.

If reporting a problem via any of the communication methods, please enter as much detail as possible, as the more information, we have the more likely that we can resolve your issue quickly.
