Known Issues now resolved

Issue Number	TM2 Area	Issue	Solution
TM15_2-102	TM2 Touch	Ability to access a closed case through a linked open case	This has now been amended in the software.
TM15_2-104	Diary	When a user does not have access to a Location where a practitioner has a session, the work hours still appear but the location name does not pull through.	This has now been amended in the software.
TM15_2-105	Healthcode	When a group is set to use specific provider codes for Healthcode the code being added to the export file is the Group code and not the practitioners	This has now been amended in the software.
